Adult Self Defense Class

• ​​​​​​We understand that life happens and you might need to reschedule your class time. Reschedule requests may be made by providing a 72-hour notice prior to class start time to There's No Quit! Kickboxing and Self Defense Studio (TNQ!). Please note we only allow an attendee to reschedule twice. The third occasion will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
• Calls to reschedule within 72 hours of the class start time will result in forfeiture of the registration fee. However, we will allow you to transfer your registration to another participant for the same class date for no additional charge. Transfer requests must be made to TNQ! prior to class start time.
• Refunds may be requested by contacting TNQ! prior to 72 hours of the class start time. Refunds will only be given if the registration fee was purchased within the last 30 days and the requestor gives at least a 72-hour notice prior to class start time. If purchase was outside of 30 days and request is made prior to 72 hours to class start time, a credit will be given for a future class.
• All reschedule requests and class credits must be used within 3 class dates of original class. Class dates are posted on our calendar page and on Facebook.

This class is specially designed for youth and adults ages 12 and up. All participants under the age of 18 must be checked in by a parent or guardian at the beginning of class time.

We often turn away participants due to limited class capacity so unfortunately no shows will lead to forfeiture of the registration fee.

In the event of a class cancellation due to weather or a Studio Emergency, a credit will be given to each purchaser for a future class. Class credits must be used within 3 class dates of original class.
